Yes, Public liability insurance.
Who owns the copyright of the photographs?
All picture copyright remains the property of Mick Humphrey Photography and may not be reproduced without the express permission of Mick Humphrey. I reserve the right to use any photographs for marketing purposes.
Travelling distance
I am happy to travel anywhere within East Berkshire and the surrounding areas, but for locations further than 25 miles from my base in Datchet near Windsor there will be an additional charge for travel expenses depending on the wedding package.
Incurred costs
Any costs incurred in getting to your location (such as entrance fees or parking costs) will be added to the cost of the shoot.
Cancelling a wedding
If you were to cancel your wedding you may lose your deposit and also be charged a cancellation fee depending on the notice given. Details can be found in the Terms and Conditions.

Please Note
An adult or guardian must be present at all times during a photo session of children or anyone under 16 years. If you are a young person then it is always a good idea to bring a friend with you on the photo shoot.

Bad weather conditions
If you have booked an outdoor location portrait session and the weather is bad on the day, I will contact you before I leave to discuss the options with you. We can rearrange to a different time in the day or rebook the shoot altogether (subject to any bookings I already have).
Would I lose my deposit if we had to rearrange the shoot?
If the weather conditions dictate that we have to rearrange the shoot then you will not lose your deposit.

Cancelling a photo session
If you wish to cancel a photo session, but can rearrange to another date, you will not lose your initial deposit as long as you contact me at least 7 days before the shoot to reschedule. If a future session is not rescheduled, then you will forfeit your deposit.
